1. Website use

2. Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting or preparing an email does not reserve a date, create a contract, or guarantee availability. A service is agreed only when Matbaten provides specific written details and both parties accept the applicable scope, price, payment, cancellation and practical terms.
3. Route changes
Businesses, markets, products and transport conditions can change without notice. Proposed stops may be replaced when a venue closes, sells out, changes access or becomes unsuitable. Material changes to a confirmed service should be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Your information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and sharing relevant dietary, allergy, health, mobility and age-related needs before accepting a service. No food experience can eliminate all risk of allergen cross-contact.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s original text, layout and Matbaten branding are protected content. Limited personal viewing and printing are allowed. Commercial republication, resale or misleading reuse requires prior written permission.
